Thomas Panels and Profiles grain walling is designed to provide strong load bearing walls for grain stores and other bulk storage applications such as wood chip or pellets.
The 100mm deep profile trapezoidal sheet offers huge strength with minimum support steelwork required, for installation both vertically or horizontally. Available in 0.7mm, 0.9mm and 1.2mm G275 galvanised with minimum yield strength of 390N/mm2, the table below is a guide for requirements for level fill or surcharge applications. NB The design of the supporting steelwork is solely the responsibility of the customer and we recommend consulting a structural engineer when making your building design to ensure your building can withstand the increased load.
